Our laboratory philosophy
In our laboratory, excellence is not a goal but the working standard every project starts from. We craft prosthetic restorations with millimetre-level attention to detail.
Through this rigorous protocol, every restoration that leaves our laboratory becomes a natural, functional extension, fully integrated into the patient’s biology.
Explore the protocol
Rigorous material selection
Every type of rehabilitation benefits from a strict selection of state-of-the-art materials. We work exclusively with premium multilayer zirconia discs, characterised with liquid ceramics (MIYO), and all-ceramic materials with complete biocompatibility and optimal physical and chemical properties (flexural strength, adaptive translucency and wear resistance), precisely matched to the clinical specifics of each case.

Soft tissue managementThe “S-Line” profile
We digitally design an S-shaped emergence profile (S-Line) that gives ideal support to the marginal periodontium. This design eliminates ischaemic pressure and creates the biological space the gingiva needs to attach and remain stable in the long term.

Mucosal integration and hygieneOvate pontic design
In edentulous areas, we design pontics with an ovate mucosal contact. This profile lets the tooth emerge naturally from the gingiva, giving the patient flawless aesthetics and an optimal self-cleansing zone that prevents food retention and inflammation.
Form dictates function, and function preserves biology.

High-precision finishingMechanical super polish
Every surface in direct contact with gingival tissue, including cervical areas, titanium abutments and implant structures, goes through a rigorous mechanical super-polish protocol. The perfectly smooth, mirror-finish surface reduces plaque and biofilm adhesion to zero, safeguarding soft tissue health.

Occlusal precision through virtual articulation
Using the advanced articulation modules in EXOCAD, we dynamically analyse guidance paths and mandibular kinematics.
This eliminates interferences and keeps chairside adjustments to a minimum, while protecting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
From impression to finished restoration

Scanning
Your STL file or physical impression becomes the digital model of the case.

Design and milling
Designed in EXOCAD and milled from multilayer zirconia discs.

Characterisation
Hand characterisation with MIYO liquid ceramics, then super-polished.
